During Restart a Heart Week, we seek to raise awareness of the critical importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Throughout the week, activities will include a CPR testimonial, practical training sessions, and a CPR competition. This initiative aims to emphasize that acquiring CPR skills can play a decisive role in saving lives.
Every second counts when someone's heart stops beating. For every minute that passes without CPR, a person's chance of survival drops by about 10%. That's why we try to educate people about this vital skill, because knowing how to perform CPR might save someone's life.
